How do I subscribe to my property calendar on Microsoft Outlook?

First check How To Get The Public URL For The Property Calendar.  

To sync your property calendar with Microsoft Outlook:

1. Open your Microsoft Outlook Calendar
2. Click the Home tab on the Ribbon > Open Calendar > From Internet...
   
   
   
   
3. Enter the property iCal link on the field prompt and click OK
   
   
   
   
4. Confirm adding this Internet Calendar to Outlook and subscribe to updates by clicking Yes
   
   
   
   
5. You will now see the events in your Outlook Calendar. If you click the event, you will see that only the basic information is provided on the public iCal.
