How do I customise / create new property attributes or amenities?

Within the iPro CMS you have the ability to customise the amenities / attributes you can select from when adding a property, if you wish to update your default list of attributes please follow the guide below:

Finding Property Attributes / Amenities.

This Section of the Guide will show you where you can find the Property Attributes and Amenities.

1. Go the the CMS.



2. Drop Down Settings then drop down Property Attributes.

Creating/Editing/Managing Property Attributes Types.

This Section of the guide will demonstrate how to create new Property Attribute Types.

1. Right click on Property Attributes to bring up the menu then click Create.


2. This will bring up the Create window.


3. Enter the desired Property Attribute Type name then click Create. In this Example the new attribute will be named Test.


4. Your newly created Property Attribute will now display at the bottom of the list of Property Attributes. (It will display the name in grey because it is not yet published. To publish it, select it and click the Save and Publish button).

This section of the Guide will demonstrate how to Edit/Manage existing Property Attribute Types.

1. To Edit an existing Property Attribute Type select the Property Attribute Type you wish to Edit.


2. There are several Tabs available to Edit as you see fit, such as it's Name, if it displays on the Property Page and/or how the filter rules work. (REMEMBER to click Save and Publish after you are done with each Tab otherwise all progress will be lost).

NOTE: You will have to map each Property Attribute Type to a Dictionary Item, so when creating a new Attribute Type or when you want one to be multi Lingual you will have to put in a request to get this done.

1. Right click on the Property Attribute Type you wish to add a Property Attribute too then click Create.


2. This will bring up the Create window.

4. The newly created Property Attribute will now show beneath the Property Attribute Type you created it under. (The name will be grey because it is yet to be published. To publish it, select it and click the Save and Publish button).

1. Select the Property Attribute you wish to Edit.


2. There are several Tabs you can edit to how you see fit, but for this guide we will stick to Altering the name of the Attribute under the Properties tab.

Where can I find my newly made Property Attribute Types and Property Attributes?

1. Go to any property or the property you wish to add the newly created Attribute(s) to.


2. Go to the Attributes tab of the property and at the bottom of this section you will see the newly created Attribute Type and Attribute. (Likewise you can find newly created Attributes under the Attribute Type you created it under).
