Overview
This release guide documents the changes made to the iPro CRM Software during the month of February 2020
Reminder: All clients have the ability to view all software changes on their staging site (IPROSTAGE), prior to deployment on the live site.
i.e. clientdomain(com).iprostage.com
(com) is the extension of domain .co.uk, .net, .info, etc...
Deployment Process
Deployment of the updated software is by client request raising a ticket with the support desk or via an email to [email protected].
Deployment will be scheduled within an agreed time window. If you wish to change the time which has been agreed, please contact the support desk to arrange a suitable alternative. ,
Enhancements
- Limited Reservation API [3562]. This API (/apis/reservations) provides a limited set of data about a booking.
- Push Bookings API now supports extras [3597] - Extras can now be included when adding bookings using the push bookings API [See Guide].
Bugs Fixed
- Exporting the arrival report to Excel/.csv sometimes doesn't include all results [3029]
- Clicking the "Previous Quarter" quicklink gives the wrong dates [3526]
- If a booking has multiple properties it is now displayed correctly on the banking report [3296]
- Fixed issues with the filtering options not working correctly on the enquiry report [3179]
- Fixed the BookURL token when using a language web site [3382]
- Fixed an issue when the availability search shows the value of the booking fee when there are no rates available [3547, 3547]
- Fixed issues relating to owners not receiving some notification emails [3380, 3430]
- In some conditions, the {BookingDeposit} token didn't return the correct value [3584]
