Overview
This release guide documents the changes made to the iPro CRM Software during the month of May 2019
Reminder: All clients have the ability to view all software changes on their staging site (IPROSTAGE), prior to deployment on the live site.
i.e. clientdomain(com).iprostage.com
(com) is the extension of domain .co.uk, .net, .info, etc...
Deployment Process
Deployment of the updated software is by client request raising a ticket with the support desk or via an email to support@ipro-software.com.
Deployment will be scheduled within an agreed time window. If you wish to change the time which has been agreed, please contact the support desk to arrange a suitable alternative. ,
Enhancements
Automated Workflows
- Concierge Alert - Send multiple emails as the stay gets closer, send check in email and send communications during their stay
API
- Rates API - Add short break pricing to the API results when properties are priced using "Pricing Groups"
Payment Providers
- Stripe Connected Accounts - Automatically pay the landlord or agent from the guest transaction, while distributing your commission direct to your account
Website Widgets
- Dictionary Items - Multiple improvements to the website, enabling everything to be translated to any language
- Checkout Pages, Payment Pages, Guest Portal
Rentals United
- Rentals United - Support for LOS Pricing (Accurate short break pricing across channels)
Bugs Fixed
- API Rates - Bug fixed where certain rates are missing from the results
- Search Index - Index not rebuilt when blockouts added
- Rentals United - Properties will not sync when length of stay discounts added
