Overview

This release guide documents the changes made to the iPro CRM Software during the month of May 2019

Reminder: All clients have the ability to view all software changes on their staging site (IPROSTAGE), prior to deployment on the live site.

i.e. clientdomain(com).iprostage.com

(com) is the extension of domain .co.uk, .net, .info, etc...

Deployment Process

Deployment of the updated software is by client request raising a ticket with the support desk or via an email to support@ipro-software.com.

Deployment will be scheduled within an agreed time window. If you wish to change the time which has been agreed, please contact the support desk to arrange a suitable alternative. ,

Enhancements

Website: Owners Portal

  • Improved the layout and format of the owners portal, making it easier for the owners to upload their property information

Website: Premium Template Design

  • Improved how the display works for selecting dates on the booking form and the number of nights
  • Improved how the "My Favourites" works within the website
  • Improved how the images scroll on search results
  • Improved mobile responsiveness to ensure excellent display across platforms

Website: Language

  • Improved the Multi Lingual support for Extras / Pricing Grid / Calendars

Website: Checkout Pages

API

  • Extras API - Update Extras API to work with the new the latest extras (view API guide)
  • Create Contact API - Add CompanyID to the response, so that you can easily store the ID for future use (view API guide)

Booking Management

  • Guest & Housekeeper Notes - Added to the backoffice checkout process to improve efficiency of reservation team

Bugs Fixed

  • Payment Schedules - Global: Incorrect deposit schedule when Add Booking Fee To Deposit is off
  • Statements - Reclaimed money incomplete on pdf statement
  • Statements - Inconsistent negative numbers on statement
  • Statements - Fix display of negative commission on statement when a booking is cancelled and a payment is claimed back from the owner
  • Statements - Reclaimed money was not displayed on a cleared statement
  • Website Payment Page - When paying the security deposit via the payment page the wrong message was being displayed
  • Reports - Check in / out (Owner Summary) report was not saving to dashboard
  • Reports - Booking Detail (Report) - Total row was not aligned correctly
  • iCals - iCals were not working when using a non standard port
