Overview
This release guide documents the changes made to the iPro CRM Software during the month of May 2019
Reminder: All clients have the ability to view all software changes on their staging site (IPROSTAGE), prior to deployment on the live site.
i.e. clientdomain(com).iprostage.com
(com) is the extension of domain .co.uk, .net, .info, etc...
Deployment Process
Deployment of the updated software is by client request raising a ticket with the support desk or via an email to support@ipro-software.com.
Deployment will be scheduled within an agreed time window. If you wish to change the time which has been agreed, please contact the support desk to arrange a suitable alternative. ,
Enhancements
API
- Booking API - Ability to update Guest Notes (view API guide)
- Booking API - Display Guest & Housekeeper Notes (view API guide)
- Complaints API - New API to pull through complaints in the owner portal (view API guide)
- Owner Report API - Dashboard style reports to WOW your owners based on their booking performance (view API guide)
Booking Management
- Disabled the ability to book via a "Travel Agent" ie a staff member, you must have a new contact record for staff bookings
- Improved display on the "Property Calendar", now provides more information so reservation teams have more data on hand
- User permissions enhancements: Licence Control
Bugs Fixed
- 3rd Party Connections - Update availability was clearing all blockouts and re-importing this was causing a performance issue with our search index
- Rentals United - Blockouts imported from iCals were not instantly synced
- Booking Management UI - Display issue on booking list when booking had multiple properties
