How to unlist / disconnect a property from VRBO


Introduction


This guide will show you how to disconnect or unlist a property from the website VRBO.


Prerequisites


This guide is for clients who use the iPRO Channel Manager to connect with VRBO, if you are using iCal or a manual connection, please disconnect or unlist directly within the sales channel.


Remove listing from VRBO website


1/ Navigate to Channel Manager > Distribution > VRBO

https://www.clientdomain.com/app/channel-manager


2/ Find the property and click the link 'Manage'



3/ Click the Disconnect button



4/ The status changes from Active to  Not connected.
