How to unlist / disconnect a property from Booking .com


Introduction


This guide will show you how to disconnect or unlist a property from the website Booking .com.


Prerequisites


This guide is for clients who use the iPRO Channel Manager to connect with Booking .com., if you are using iCal or a manual connection, please disconnect or unlist directly within the sales channel.


Remove listing from Booking. com website


THIS MUST BE DONE VIA the Booking . com Dashboard!!


Once you have removed the listing on the booking .com website you can update your iPRO Channel manager so it is clear that the property is not connected and it is no longer shown in the channel manager property list.


Steps within iPRO


1/ Navigate to Channel Manager > Distribution > Booking .com

2/ Find the property and click the link 'Remove Hotel Option'




3/ A notification is displayed. Click the Refresh synchronization settings button to confirm.

  • If you wanted to remove an entire hotel, the following notification is displayed:




4/ Confirm the process by clicking the Confirm button.


5/ The summary of changes is displayed. If you removed the hotel or room type correctly in Booking.com, you should see this change in the pop-up.
