How to unlist / disconnect a property from Airbnb


Introduction


This guide will show you how to disconnect or unlist a property from the website Airbnb.


Prerequisites


This guide is for clients who use the iPRO Channel Manager to connect with Airbnb, if you are using iCal or a manual connection, please disconnect or unlist directly within the sales channel.


Remove listing from Airbnb website


1/ Navigate to Channel Manager > Distribution > Airbnb

2/ Find the property and click the link 'Manage'



3/ Where it says Push Details, you will see there is a button with vertical dots.  Please click the 3 dots.



4/ Click Unlist This Property


5/ iPRO prompts  Airbnb to REMOVE this listing from their website. This means that guests will no longer see your property on the Airbnb booking website and will not be able to book it. Hence, you will no longer receive any reservations for this property coming from Airbnb. Note, however, that this property will be still visible in iPRO and the Airbnb dashboard.
