The objective of this training session is to have the knowledge and understanding of how to configure and setup the iPro system to suit your business.
There are a number of tasks that must be completed before you can start accepting bookings and managing your business.
The following lessons will ensure you understand each configurable so that as your business grows the system can adapt to your procedures and variables.
Lesson 1: How to setup and configure users & user profiles
About the lesson:
Within this lesson you will learn how to add new users to your iPro system, how to configure user profiles so that you can simplify the system for teams i.e reservation team, owners team, accounts, etc...
You will also protect data from 3rd party suppliers so that they cannot access confidential information.
Lesson 2: How to configure your Agency Settings & Brand
About the lesson:
Within this lesson you will learn how to setup your Agency settings, in regards to payment terms and when you pay your owners. It is also possible within iPro to manage multiple brands within one system, you may need to upgrade your licence to utilise multiple brands.
Lesson 3: Payment Setup & Payment Providers
About the lesson:
iPro allows you to work with SagePay, WorldPay, Stripe and PayPal. This lessons shows you how to configure iPro to work with your chosen payment provider and how you can utilise offline payment options such as cash, bank transfer, staff payments, etc....
Lesson 4: Booking Source, Nature of Stay, Contact Types and Complaint Reasons
About the lesson:
In this lesson you will learn how to configure and update the basic settings for the variables we have in iPro to track where the booking came from and the reason for the booking. You can also configure your contact types so that you can use iPro as a complete CRM and finally how do you manage and track complaints so you can continuously improve your agency.
