About this course


The objective of this training session is to ensure you maximise the advanced functionality of iPro to ensure you have the right business intelligence within the system and can provide a host of 'Extras' within each booking.  

These extras may include services that enhance the guests stay or provide extra protection or income for you and your agency. i.e.  Damage Waiver Policy, Cancellation Protection, Service Fees, Tourist Taxes, etc....




Lesson 1: How to setup and configure booking tags within iPro






About the lesson:


In this lesson we will show you how you can configure the booking tags, so that you can report on different types and categories of bookings.  This will trigger different workflows based on the category of booking or it will allow you to compare segments within your reporting.




Lesson 2: How to setup and configure booking extras - Maximise your revenue



About the lesson:


In this lesson we will show you how to configure multiple 'Extras' within your system so that you can maximise your revenue but also provide a better all round service to your guests.  


iPro will enable you to be more profitable for each and every booking by utilising compulsory hidden extras, this means you increase your revenue per booking.




Lesson 3: How to add and manage your contacts within the iPro CRM




About the lesson:


You can import your contacts with our smart excel import tool or you can easily add them via the UI, once you have your contact database within iPro.  You can keep all your communications one place. 


Automating communication to the owner and any linked contacts such as Housekeepers, Maintenance, Gardners, etc.. 




Lesson 4: How to manage your media with in iPro




About the lesson:


In iPro we have a media storage that allows you to store Images and PDFs, you can upload all your property images and website images within the Media storage.  From here you can then allocated to the relevant properties and web pages as required.


If you have PDF based welcome packs for properties or a company essential information PDF you can upload here and then include these within any automated emails that are sent out.



Lesson 5: How to setup & configure housekeeper access to iPro




About the lesson:


Within this lesson you will learn how to setup and configure user access for Housekeepers and Maintenance.  They can have limited access to iPro to manage their tasks and view when properties are available.
