How to integrate & Sync Operto Teams with iPRO

Introduction

Operto

Operto is a property automation platform designed to streamline property management by providing tools for guest access, operational automation, and smart monitoring. Core functionalities include:

• Smart Access Management: Automates guest check-ins with keyless entry systems.
• Property Monitoring: Monitors property conditions (e.g., occupancy, temperature, etc.) to optimise efficiency and guest experience.
• Task Automation: Automates housekeeping and maintenance tasks based on booking data and occupancy.

Operto’s API allows for the integration of external systems to sync information such as property details, guest bookings, and owner information, enabling automatic management of guest access and operational workflows.

iPRO System

iPRO is a property and booking management system used for managing owners, properties, and bookings. The system includes features that allow for:

• Owner Management: Storing and managing contact details for property owners.
• Property Management: Keeping track of property-specific details such as amenities, location, and booking availability.
• Booking Management: Handling guest bookings, including check-in and check-out dates, guest details, and special requests.

Relevant features that will interact with Operto include:

• Owner Data: Syncing contact information of owners to Operto.
• Property Data: Syncing property-specific information such as address, region, and amenities.
• Booking Data: Syncing guest bookings in real-time, along with any updates (modifications or cancellations).

Prerequisites

• iPRO: iPRO Agency or iPRO Agency PRO account
• Operto: An Operto Teams Licence

Setting Up Operto Teams in iPRO

1/ Signup for Operto Teams

2/ Download the Google Sheet Template:

• Operto Property List

3/ Complete the google sheet:

• Populate the sheet with the properties you wish to sync with Operto Teams.
• Note: You can only sync up to your Operto Teams license limit. For example, if your license is capped at 40 properties, syncing additional properties will be ignored. Contact Operto Teams to upgrade your licence if needed.

4/ Submit Your Integration Request:

• Contact iPRO support by emailing support@ipro-software.com or raising a support ticket. Use the following template:
