How to Customise Different Email Templates for Each Channel in Rentals United

It is possible to customise different email templates for each channel that your properties are connected to in Rentals United. 


  1. First, you'll need to create the different email template that you'll need for each channel. You can find a guide here: Configuring & Customising the I-Pro Email Templates

  2. Once the templates are created, click on the main template and go to the Channels tab:




  3. Under the "Rentals United Channels List" section, select the channel(s) that you need customised templates for. If you are selecting multiple channels, hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard and click on each channel one by one. This will allow you to select multiple channels which will be highlighted:



  4. Once you've selected the channels, click "Save and Publish". Take note that in order for the changes to be visible, you will need to click on the email template node to reload it:



  5. Once the node reloads, go back to the Channels tab and you will now see the different channels you selected and you can now specify the email template for each to use:
