Within this lesson you will learn how to convert an enquiry to a booking, you can convert an enquiry to a booking via a web link for the guest to process in their own time.


Or you can process the enquiry over the phone and complete the checkout process on behalf of the guest.

About the lesson:



Within this lesson you will learn what everything means within the top section of the booking, and how to utilise the booking tags.




Lesson 3: Booking detail overview




About the lesson:


Within this lesson you will learn about the sections within the booking 'Booking Details', 'Summary', 'Management' 'Payments', 'Client Details', 'Owner Details'.


Within this section you record all the necessary details of the booking so that all parties have the right information to deliver a great service.





Lesson 4: How to use the booking dashboard




About the lesson:


Within this lesson you will learn how to search and find a booking using the available filters on the dashboard.  You will learn what the colour coding of the bookings.



Lesson 5: How to use tags within the booking




About the lesson:


Within this lesson you will learn how to utilise the booking tags functionality, giving you the ability to categorise and group bookings based on a variety of variables.  You can group bookings by group size, by property type, by property feature, by location.



Lesson 6: How to add a blockout for cleaning to each booking




About the lesson:


Within this lesson you will learn how to easily add a blockout at the end of each booking to cover the additional cleaning, this is particularly useful for larger properties that need additional time to clean.



Lesson 7: How to add extras to a new booking




About the lesson:


Within this lesson you will learn how to add extras from a defined list of extras for that property, you will also learn how to add custom extras to a booking.

Lesson 10: How to add and amend extras within a booking




About the lesson:


Within this lesson you will learn how to add, remove and edit extras from within the booking.  Extras can be added to a booking right up to the day before the holiday.  If you offer additional services, guests can continue to add extras to their booking even while on their holiday.

Lesson 12: How to add a security deposit to a single booking
