Introduction
Configuring minimum stay rules is really simple in iPro. This guide will walk you through how to set it up in a few simple steps.
How to set up your minimum stay options
1/ Go to the CMS and navigate to Online Booking Settings > Booking Rules > Minimum Length of Stay:
2/ To create a new changeover rule, right-click on the 'Minimum Length of Stay' node and click 'Create':
3/ A window will pop-up. Put in the name of your rule. We recommend you use a name that describes the rule so you can identify them easily e.g. 2, 4, 6, 7+. Once done, click 'Create':
4/ An unpublished version of the rule will be created at the bottom of the list. On the right-hand side, you can now specify the minimum number of nights allowed on the property and also add a custom message as needed:
On the example above, this minimum night rule will allow 2-night, 4-night, 6-night and 7+ night bookings only. If a guest tries to book for 3-nights, they will get the custom message specified.
5/ Once done, click 'Save & Publish' and you'll now have a published version of the rule ready to use when configuring rates:
