Updating Your Calendar in the Owners Portal

Whether you are adding new bookings or updating existing ones, these simple steps will ensure that your calendar is always up-to-date, allowing for seamless communication with your property manager and guests. Follow the instructions below to get started.


Step 1: Login and Select Property


  1. Login to the owner portal.
  2. Once logged in, you will see the 'Calendar' screen as the first screen.
  3. Select the property you wish to update from the drop-down list provided.





Step 2: Review Property Information


After selecting your property, the following options will be displayed:


  1. Calendar 
  2. Booking List
  3. Add Booking Form



Step 3: Add a Booking


To add a booking, follow these steps:


  1. Click on the dates you want to book directly on the calendar.
  2. The Add Booking Form will automatically update with the selected dates.


For example, selecting October 4th - 11th, 2024 will update the form with these dates.



Step 4: Update Guest Information


  1. By default, the guest will be listed as you, the owner.
  2. If the booking is for a friend or family member, update the guest name to reflect the person who will be staying.
  3. Optionally, you can add notes for the property manager.
  4. If you don't need to provide a mobile number or email for the guest, you can leave those fields unchanged.





Step 5: Confirm the Booking


  1. To finalise the booking, click the 'Confirm Owner Booking' button.
  2. You will see a message saying 'Save Successfully'.
  3. The property manager will be instantly notified via email of your new booking.
  4. Your calendar will be updated in real time.
