How to amend or remove an owner booking from within the owner portal

Welcome to the Owner's Portal Guide for Updating Your Calendar. This guide is designed to help you manage your property’s availability effortlessly using our software. Whether you are adding new bookings or updating existing ones, these simple steps will ensure that your calendar is always up-to-date, allowing for seamless communication with your property manager and guests. Follow the instructions below to get started.


Step 1: Login and Select Property


  1. Login to the owner portal.
  2. Once logged in, you will see the 'Calendar' screen as the first screen.
  3. Select the property you wish to update from the drop-down list provided.





Step 2: Go to the booking you wish to edit


You can now either edit an existing owner booking or you can cancel the booking.


a) Edit or amend an owner booking


  1. Click the blue edit button
  2. You can now change the dates as required and click 'Save'
  3. Once you receive the saved successfully message, please click the X in the top right hand corner




b) To cancel an owner booking you simply click the delete button


IMPORTANT 


Currently the calendar will only refresh on load, so to view your changes click onto 'Bookings' in the side menu and then back onto 'Calendar'
