How to welcome a new owner to the owner portal


Introduction


Using the Activity Hub to communicate with your owners allows you to maintain consistency across your teams by using predefined templates. This ensures that all communications are professional, clear, and uniform.


Step 1: Create your Welcome Email 


If you have created a campaign based email, we recommend copying this template into the Agency Admin Emails folder.  Creating your welcome email



Step 2: Sending your welcome email


You can easily send your 'Owner Portal Welcome Email' via the activity section within the owner's contact record. Follow these steps:


  1. Navigate to the contact record of your new owner.
  2. Go to the 'Activity' tab.
  3. Click 'Send Email'.
  4. Choose the template 'Welcome to your owner portal'.


By following these steps, you will ensure that your new owners receive the welcome email and are properly introduced to their Owner Portal.
