Booking Protect on iPRO Checkout Pages

1. Payment Page

When a guest proceeds to the payment page, they will be presented with the option to purchase Booking Protect. This will appear alongside their booking summary.

2. Payment Protection Offer

The system will automatically calculate a fixed cost for Booking Protect, which will be displayed as an additional item on the payment page. This option offers financial security in the event of an unforeseen cancellation.

3. Accept or Decline Option

Guests will be given the choice to either accept or decline the payment protection offer before proceeding with payment. The process is seamless, allowing the guest to make an informed decision without disrupting the checkout flow.

4. Eligibility Criteria

The payment protection offer is only available for bookings where the total accommodation cost is less than £2,500 per person. If the booking exceeds this limit, the guest will not see the option to purchase protection.
