With the iPro back office you can now customize which reports are saved and shown on your dashboard.
This can help you keep track of everything going on in your system at the time and what you need to do.
To start your customization, go to reports in the back office and choose which report you want to display on your dashboard.
For this example I am going to do how many people are checking in, in the next 4 weeks.
Go to the Check In/Out report
Once you are in the report you must choose what you want to display using the search filters.
Here I am going to use the short-cut button of Next 4 weeks.
Then click on the arrivals tab, this will search for the arrivals within the search criteria.
Once you have changed the report to your liking, you then click 'Save to Dashboard' in the top left hand corner of the report.
This will bring up a small pop up window like below.
In this pop up window you can choose the group the report is in and the name of the report when on the dashboard.
You can create different groups for different types of report; So you can create a group called sales, this will be for all reports related to sales.
You can set the colour and size of each report for the group.
This way you can easily distinguish which report is for what.
Once you have created the group you can now attach this to each report you want to save to the dashboard.
Now all you have to do is name the actual report itself. As you can see I have named this one next 4 weeks arrivals so I know exactly what its showing.
Once you're done and click save it will go straight onto your dashboard like above.
You can also edit some of the setting from the dashboard by using the cog button on the top right of the report.
However you can not edit what the report is showing! If you wish to change what the report is showing you will have to delete it using the cross next to the cog and then create a new one to replace it.
Are you happy that you can successfully manage the media section?
