The objective of this training session is to have the knowledge and understanding of how to manage the various scenarios that can arise when running a holiday lets agency.

About the lesson:


Within this lesson you will learn how to effectively cancel booking, utilising the various options and how the money should be handled.


Cancelling a booking isn't just about releasing the dates, we have to decide what is refunded to the guest and what is payable to the owner.




Lesson 2: How to create a gift voucher



About the lesson:


Within this lesson you will learn how to create a gift voucher, a gift voucher can be used to reward loyal guests or could be purchased directly as a gift to a friend or family member.




Lesson 3: How to create a promotion voucher

Within this lesson you will learn how to create a promotional voucher, these can be used as incentives when a complaint has been raised.  They can also be used to encourage guests to rebook after their holiday has ended.

Lesson 5: How to manage guest requests during their stay



About the lesson:


Within this lesson you will learn how to track and manage any maintenance or housekeeping requests when the guests are on holiday. How you handle these requests will determine the review score you receive, a proactive approach to guest requests will ensure a good review.



Lesson 6: How to reclaim money paid to owners for cancelled bookings



About the lesson:
